AMAZING! Funny, hilarious, perfect. I NEED the sequel!

Goodreads Description:
When Earth intercepts a message from a long-extinct alien race, it seems like the solution the planet has been waiting for. The Undying’s advanced technology has the potential to undo environmental damage and turn lives around, and Gaia, their former home planet, is a treasure trove waiting to be uncovered.
For Jules Addison and his fellow scholars, the discovery of an alien culture offers unprecedented opportunity for study… as long as scavengers like Amelia Radcliffe don’t loot everything first. Mia and Jules’ different reasons for smuggling themselves onto Gaia put them immediately at odds, but after escaping a dangerous confrontation with other scavvers, they form a fragile alliance.
In order to penetrate the Undying temple and reach the tech and information hidden within, the two must decode the ancient race’s secrets and survive their traps. But the more they learn about the Undying, the more their presence in the temple seems to be part of a grand design that could spell the end of the human race…

I’m so so so so so so SO soooooo HAPPY! This book was absolutely amazing and perfect, and the love of my life – well maybe not that far, that position is still taken by the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas <3. Perf.

Firstly, I loved the dynamic of this book. It was fun, exciting and the characters were perfect. I never knew I needed this space, action-adventure in my life, but now that I have it, I won’t be letting it go. IT’S MINE.

Finding Nemo - Mine Seagulls

Both Jules and Mia were extremely fun and relatable characters with diverse backgrounds and personalities. Mia, who is smuggled aboard to scavenge the newly discovered planet meets up with the intelligent Jules, who has been sent on a mission to discover the Undying temple. The Undying being a race of aliens that have unfortunately gone extinct.

This story is hilarious, Amie and Meagan did a marvelous job in shaping this novel. I found it to be an easy read, nothing that would pump your heart and have you on the edge of your seat. It was a book that grabbed my attention and kept it. I do wish that the scenes in Unearthed left me crippled with anxiety, but it just isn’t one of those books.

The entirety of this novel is very mysterious. I was unable to predict much of anything that happened which was AMAZING! I love surprises! I was ready to roll. I sped through this book, devouring it like chocolate on Easter. This book was perfect up until the very end, where it ENDED! What the hell was that about?! A good book isn’t supposed to end at all, let alone LIKE THAT! That was mean and cruel and awful and how could you do that to your readers?!

It’s not fair, really, it’s not at all.

The characterisation of this novel was amazing. All of the characters, even the extras, felt real. I could relate to every single one of them and it was perfect. I thought the plot was fabulous, despite the small predictability. It was a fabulous book in my mind. YOU MUST READ IT, ALL OF YOU!

The break down of my rating:
Plot: 9/10
Characterisation: 10/10
Development:
 9/10
Style & Tone: 9/10
Enjoyment Factor: 9/10
